Hey guys! Spotify has been charging me twice per month since November last year on the 15th and 24th of each month $11.99.
I'm on a premium plan In Australia and Bank through ING with it setup as a direct debit. Can anyone help me as it is very frustrating not being able to directly email or call then otherwise I will unfortunately have to Cancel! I've checked my emails and have had nothing from Spotify since last year!
