Double Charged Through Bank Acct & Sprint Acct

Double Charged Through Bank Acct & Sprint Acct

My premium account deactivated and I'm not sure why. The charges are paid through my Sprint account because they ran some promo a few years ago and I just looked at my bank account and Spotify has been deducting $9.99 also. Payments have been taken out twice so is it possible to get a refund and how do I get my premium account back or verify the status?
