Double Charged by Spotify and NO ONE WILL GET BACK to me and Contact Form will not connect

 

I HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED BY SPOTIFY FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT - DIRECTLY AND THEN THRU APPLE.  I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SPOTIFY THRU THE CONTACT FORM WHICH WILL NOT CONNECT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY TO SUBMIT IT.  I WANT A REFUND BEFORE I REACTIVATE THE PREMIUM/FAMILY PACKAGE.  SPOTIFY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHAT A RIP OFF.  IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET SOMEONE FROM SPOTIFY TO RECTIFY THIS?
