I was charged 14.99 and 9.99 for this last months cycle. I only have the individual plan and would like a refund

Did both of these charges occur on the same day?

no they were one day apart. 9.99 on 5/10 and 14.99 on 5/11

Did you receive two payment confirmation emails from Spotify?

yes i did and it was in both of my bank statements

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
