Double billed this month

Double billed this month

This is my third contact regarding this same issue. I have been charged twice this month for service, first on 5/22/2017, then again on 5/29/2017. Neither of these charges are pending, but instead both were deducted in the amount of $9.99. I have also reviewed my receipts page which is inaccurate and only shows one payment. Please refund immediately.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

I deactivated my Facebook account and I never had a Twitter. Please
provide an email contact or another means to resolve this matter just as
efficiently and promptly.

Using social media platforms to resolve issues I have with SPOTIFY is not
feasible nor should it be required.
