Double charge for Premium and Family premium

Double charge for Premium and Family premium

Hello I have issue with double charging an premium. I got a Single premium purchased last month and in the same month I bought Premium for Family. I was charged 5.99€ for one and 8.99€ for another. That´s will be fine but in nowdays it´s happend again. I was charged 5.99€ for one and 8.99€ for another. I didn´t see on my subscribtion list "family premium" just the regular for 5.99. How can I leave the subsription for family ? Will I get the value back or it will be forgot ?

It sounds like you might have two subscriptions active on two separate accounts.

 

We suggest you check out this Spotify Answer - the relevant section is under the heading If the charges occurred on different dates.
