I am **bleep** right off. You have been stealing my money even after I contacted you to fix the problem a long time ago. Spotify owes me a year of memberships as I have been double charged monthly you crooks.

I am so sorry to hear that you went through this. Unfortunately, I do not think I can do anything, but if you contact Spotify using the chat: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/

They might be able to assist you. I am sure somebody will be able to fix you issue.
