Double charged subscription fees

I have been paying £4.99 for two months for the student premium, however for those two months an extra £9.99 has come out of my phone bill, to Spotify. The £9.99 charges however are not showing up on the receipts on my Spotify account. I'm wondering have I been hacked, and how can I get this money back? It's led me to cancel my entire subscription.
