My Question or Issue

i am being charge for both a standard and a family plan every month!  And I can’t find a second account. I checked with Facebook too as suggested, but that expired years ago?  I do want to keep the premium family plan but get rid of the second charge for the basic plan!

Sorry to hear this.

 

Check with your family or friends to make sure someone you know didn’t subscribe with your details. If you think your details have been used without authorization, contact us and Spotify will investigate.

 

If you don't have an account and need to contact us about a payment, make sure you:

  • Select Premium as your subscription.
  • Choose Unknown as your username.
  • Enter as your email address the one you'd like us to contact you on.
