I have been charged twice for premium the last two months. I normally pay $17.99 for premium, I’ve been charged $11.99 twice. Can this please be rectified.

Can you please double check your account panel through the link bellow?

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

There you'll see all your receipts, as well as your next billing date.

Well, it looks like you have more than one Spotify account.
