Hi 🙂 last weekend we tried to apply for a premium account for students and when I finalize up dating mi profile, the app told me that it was going to valid mi information and see if mi school it's real. We waited for like half and hour and we weren't able to use Spotify premium. In that moment I called mi brother and ask if he had a family plan, and if he had it, send me and invitation. The problem in these situation it's that I'm currently using the family plan because Spotify couldn't get me mi premium acount at the moment but it was Hable to charge mi bank acount.
I what to be a premium member but in a our family plan. So I what a refund for the student membership that I'm not using because it took a long time to valid

Looks like an issue the Spotify Account support team will be able to solve. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter, or by using the contact form. They usually respond within 48 hours!
