Double charged

I tried to buy student discount for 6.99 4 days ago. i didnt send a document for my application though so i cancelled but still they charged me and didnt send a recieve e mail. And i tried again today sent my documents they charged me again and got no e mails

Hello @Heromuhittin01 and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

Tengo dos cargos en mi tarjeta, ya confirme mi pago del mes anterior y si se cobro. No entiendo porque este mes tengo doble pago.
