Double charged

I received an email prompting me to update my payment details. When I updated my payment details, my card notified me of the charge however my account says that my payment details are not yet updated and spotify still needs to charge me to continue using my premium service. What should i do?

Hey there @nplbb85!

 

Did you credit card compony notified you of an amount charged or just that the card was used for a spotify transaction ?

If it's only an alert, you won't be charged as Spotify stated a payment failure.

 

Please check it with you credit card company to make sure, then to renew your subscription enter an incognito web page and try subscribing again with the same details.

I was charged for the amount equivalent to my monthly spotify subscription.
