I am using Spotify already for a long time and never had problems with the payment, till now.
On the 6th of April I got a note in my Spotify account that they tried to collect the monthly payment of my bank account and that it didn't worked out. Which is strange because there was enough money on my account. So I had to renew my payment method and so I did. Give again the permission for monthly collect and paid 1month (by the dutch iDeal method) to start all over again.
Then today I noticed that Spotify collected as well the monthly payment. So now I paid twice for the month April.
What went wrong and what do I have to do now?
