Double payment in march

Double payment in march

Hi

 

You are charging me twice for family premium in march, one payment EUR 14.99 on 4th march and then again 14.99 EUR on 13th march .

How can this be corrected ? In your solutions you say i might have subscribted twice, how can i see if i have done so? As i thought i had only registered once on Spotify family premium.
