You charged me twice on the same day for May. How do i get one of the payments refunded? How do I contact you to sort this out? is this the right way of doing it?
You can contact Spotify via the Online Customer Support. They will help you with the refund!
If you get an automated answer, just reply directly to it and your case will be picked up by one of the Spotify support staff. 😉

This was most likely because you have two accounts - don't worry, this happens often. You can get this solved (and get your second payment refunded) by contacting the payment team via the Support Form 🙂
