My Question or Issue

Hello,

I accidentally clicked on change plan to premium duo thinking there would be a confirmation before getting charged, while my boyfriend was already finalising his suscription to the duo plan.

Now I have been charged for one-month fees for premium duo and can't accept my boyfriend's invitation either.

I would like to ask for a refund and to be able to accept the invitation from my boyfriend.
