Doubled charged

Hi,

I tried to go for the student premium account as I am PhD student in Norway. The problem is that here, we don't receive a student number so I can't send the student ID. I introduced my credit card information for that and when I saw I couldn't go for it (and a message especified that I hadn't been charged yet), I decided to go for normal spotify premium account. But when I checked the bank info, it turns out that I have been charged twice (one for the student premium account and one for the normal premium account). However, I don't have two suscriptions in my account info in spotify.

I would be really thankful with any help you could provide me.

I removed your screenshot for security purposes.

When you try to verify as a Student and you enter your credit card information, you may receive a pre-authorization charge that will be automatically removed from your bank account after a few days.

Your post was sent 3 weeks ago, so this charge should not be visible on your bank's statement anymore. Isn't it?
