I have been trying to cancel Premium as I can no longer afford it. So I go down all the suggested avenues to find Spotify says I'm on Free when I pay monthly. I've messages Meredith and Pete and had no replies. I only have the 1 account through Spotify, no others. Why is this made so difficult!?
