Drama cancelling Premium!

Drama cancelling Premium!

I have been trying to cancel Premium as I can no longer afford it. So I go down all the suggested avenues to find Spotify says I'm on Free when I pay monthly.  I've messages Meredith and Pete and had no replies. I only have the 1 account through Spotify, no others.  Why is this made so difficult!?

I understand your concern. If you're having issues canceling Premium, Id recommend checking out these steps for more info and the next steps to take.

 

If those didnt help - you can send me a screenshot of the error message that occurs when you try to cancel.

I already said in many of my complaints that it doesn't show that I have premium to cancel. However I pay $14.99 per month. And again I don't have Facebook or another email.
