Dumped out of Premium Account

Dumped out of Premium Account

Since yesterday my Spotify account got downgraded to freemium without notice. I have a monthly premium subscription, but it completely vanished. When I connect to my account, I see no trace of any past invoice or payment. Just like if it never existed. The same problem occurs regardless I use the client on my Mac or the website.

 

Has Spotify any awareness of this issue?
