Duo account address

Can’t set up duo account because my phone adds a - 4000 to the end of my zip code on my phone but not my dads.  So it says the address is different.

If the address is getting info added, that's usually related to the location service of the device. In this case, we'd recommend accepting the invite from a PC (if possible) or in an incognito/private window to avoid those address modifications. Also, check if your device has a VPN activated that might change your location. If so, turn it off and try again.

If the issue persists, try using a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data to see if it makes any difference.
