Duo account dont work on my phone

My wife shared a duo account with me. It works on my computer but not on my phone. It just ask me to update my plan.

Thanks for reaching out!

Are the same library items present on both of your accounts (to make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices)?
If yes, could you log out of and back into the app twice in a row? This triggers a manual sync of your settings in case anything goes wrong and should potentially fix your issue.
