My Question or Issue

 

My duo account expired I accidentally payed for a single account but then changed my plan back to a duo but now my partner can't log back in due to security reasons or something like that please help

Please let me know the exact error message that they're seeing when they're trying to log into Spotify.

For your account security. Logging into Facebook from a embedded browser is disabled to continue download and log into the Facebook app on your device and try again and hes getting that for everything hea trying to log in through.

In this case, I recommend that they try it on another device and/or another browser 🙂
