Duo-subscription to single subscription

Hello! I had a duo subscription with a friend, but he wanted to unsubscribe from spotify. i got an email with an offer to buy a 3 month subscription for 11.99 euros, i agreed and paid for it, i clicked unsubscribe duo subscription, but it shows that after it ends i will have a spotify free account. i have the receipt with the payment.

If you can help me, i would be very grateful.

You've most likely claimed the offer on a different account, since it cannot be claimed on accounts that have an active subscription 🙂

You could continue using the account with the Premium Duo plan until its on the Free plan and then transfer all your stuff over to the newly-created account by following these steps.

If you don't know the username of your new account, you can check your email inbox for a receipt from Spotify, as it should state your username on it.
