ERROR IN CHANGING COUNTRY

Hi! I follow the guide to change the country of my profile. I'm a student in Italy and I have a student abonament but now I'm not living in Italy. I need to change my country and I have an English credit card. As the online guide indicates, I change the payment mode inserting the English credit card then appears the notification that my country and my account don't correspond but it only allows me to change the payment mode and not the country as I said in the guide. Can you help me?! THANKS

Hey @GIUp95, welcome to the community!

 

To update the country on your account, you first need to head to your Account page, and click Subscription > Update. Once you enter your new payment details, it should then ask you to update the account's country, and it'll be queued for your next billing date.

 

If you're getting an error before this process is done, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser.

 

As a last resource, you can cancel the current subscription, and you'll be able to update the country, and resubscribe with your new payment method when the account goes back to Free.
