I can imagine how frustrating it is getting charged, but not enjoying your subscription.

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to individual Premium and the other one to Free. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, you can navigate to your profile to confirm the username or email you need to use to log in.
