My Question or Issue

 

Aparecio el anuncio de que no se pudo hacer el pago, asi que me meti fondos a mi tarjeta y al actualizar los datos de la tarjeta en spotify para que se haga el cobro la cantidad de 149 pesos se desconto de mi tarjeta, lo normal. Al abrir la app de spotify me sigue apareciendo que el pago no se pudo realizar.

You can check your receipts tab on your account overview page at anytime to see which payment went through.

 

It is possible though that as you just put funds in your payment method, the payment is pending for your bank's approval.

You can check it out reaching out to your bank and ask for any pending payments.

 

In addition, you can try and troubleshoot any payment issues you might have using this support page.
