I got this message when I tried to verify my family premium account. But where's the email? I haven't recieved it yet and I've been waiting for a long time.

Oh yeah. I did. In fact Spotify sent me the very email asking me to redeem my family account first, before I took too long and failed.

That is quite odd. I think what you need to do now is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
