Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? In there you should be able to see your payment and for how long you were able to get Premium.

Keep in mind that you need to use a recurring payment method to get most of our offers, so if your account has turned to our free service it's possible that you did not meet all the requirements to get the 3 month offer.
