En estas 2 semanas, 2 veces me ha cobrado spotify.

El primero de agosto me cobraron el mes, pero al día de hoy me aparece que tengo que pagarlo de nuevo!

 

Necesito que  me ayuden a solucionar mi problema, gracias!!!

Could you send me a screenshot of your Receipts page? Also, could you let me know your subscription status here - and send me a screenshot of the message that says you need to pay again? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Thank you for responding, in the application of my bank the charge that was made on August 1 appears, the case is that it was not reflected in the system as it is in the first image, I think that with this data they can solve my problem.
