My Question or Issue

My wife passed away in November and has been having a family premium subscription which I have been a part of. Subscription still ongoing since payments is going from my account. I'd like to turn it into a premium account for only me. I do not have her login details at all. As she where the "owner" of the subscription I do not seem to be able to do any amendments to the plan. I do feel lost on how to go about this.
