Enrolled in family plan but still being charged on my personal account

Enrolled in family plan but still being charged on my personal account

I am enrolled in a family plan through my wireless provider but I'm still being charged on my personal account. Please advise how I should move forward with my account subscription and if I can get refunded for the payments that were duplicated while on the family plan.

Hey, @lulu24!

 

It looks to me like you might have duplicate accounts. Check that you have all your playlists and songs, and that all emails from Spotify are sent to the same email address. And, to answer your second question, here is Spotify's refund policy. I hope I could be of help!
