Error 3 meses premium

Acabo de crear mi cuenta y vi la promoción de 3 meses premium (Si nunca lo has tenido), cuando meto los datos de la tarjeta me aparece que ya habia ocupado el premium, lo cual no puede ser porque la acababa de crear, Tengo un codigo de Xbox igual de 3 meses pero no se si me lo acepte, Saben porque es este error?
