Error Finding Page Help Me Please

Hey community, its my very first problem and i thought you guys could help me out.I am trying to pay for a Spotify Family Membership. I write my info but when i say start my family premium blah blah it opens a page where it says error finding page.I've tried it on my phone, internet edge, opera, chrome and many other browsers but none of them worked.They all gave me the same page which only says Error Page.Hope you guys can help me out.I am living in Turkey maybe there is somekind of issue going on right now here? Idk but i'd be really happy to get helped.

Do you have any trouble signing up using an incognito window? You can also give it a try using a different payment method to see if it helps.
