Error Message When Try To Cancel Premium Subscription: Page Not Available

Our credit card expired, so our Premium account could not be renewed.

We want to switch to a Free account. When I logged into our Premium account, clicked on Subscriptions, and then clicked on Cancel Premium and Convert To a Free Account, I receive an error message that the cancel page and function are not available. This has happened several times over the past two days.

How can I get to the webpage that will cancel the Premium account and convert to Free?
