Error con premium en Movistar

Tengo asociado mi número con mi cuenta y tengo contratado Spotify premium. Desde hoy dejo de funcionar y el servicio a cliente de Movistar es horrible .llevo mucho tiempo usando la suscripción y no había tenido este problema .
