Error de pago además de cobro no deseado

My Question or Issue

Quiero contratar el servicio de premium, pero no acepta mis datos, intenté probar en la versiónde estudiante y sí aceptó mis datos, pero me hicieron el cobro, y no quiero contratar ese servicio, sino el otro.
Quiero saber por qué no toma mis datos, y reembolso de aquél cobro.
