Could you give me more information about the issue you mentioned? What were you trying to do when you faced the issue? Did you get any error messages? If possible, share with me a screenshot of it, please (make sure to not share any sensitive information on that).

i have same issue 

see picture so you can understand more clear.

i purchase premium as you cansee in the plan information
but also you can see on top right that i am still like free account user to spotify

Hey again, @nhaa 

On July 12th, 2024 Spotify stopped to offer the daily option of the Premium Mini in selected countries, Indonesia included. As I can see on the language of the page you are seeing, you're from Indonesia, right?

That's why you're seeing the error message when you try to renovate your plan.

i cannot change my plan to anything.

how can i change it to premium i am using this plan due to my only option to upgrade can be use are only premium mini

From what you mentioned earlier in this thread, we'd like to confirm, are you trying to check if your account is on Premium service or are you trying to change the plan you've subscribed to initially? 

 

If you'd like to check if your account is on our Premium service, you can follow these steps on a mobile phone:

  1. Open the app and tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings and privacy. 
  3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find your username and the email linked to your account (if any). You can also see the type of plan you're subscribed to or if the account is on free service. 

You can also check the order history page of your account to check your charges to have more visibility of your Premium service as well.

 

Just to clarify one of your earliest questions, your account is indeed in Premium service, as per one of the screenshots you kindly sent us:

As you can see "Your current plan" tag implies your account is Premium. If you're trying to resubscribe to Premium, please let us know what plan you are trying to add to your account. That way, we can advise your next step.
