Hi - I have been using spotify premium individual for a while now. I had taken an annual subscription about 6 months back. Recently I switched from Premium Individual to Premium Duo and made payment for the year. However I still dont have access to premium duo and my account states that my current plan is still premium individual, even though the yearly payment for Duo has been made and the receipt is visible in my account. How do I go about changing this and activating my Duo plan?

Thanks for posting in the Community.


If you've made a payment for a prepaid Duo plan on an account with an active Individual subscription, you'll have to wait for the Individual subscription to run out before the Duo one becomes active.
