My Question or Issue
I am trying to switch from a Premium Individual plan to a Premium Family plan (I would be the owner). I keep getting an error - "error Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." when I go to Accoount->Manage your plan ->change plan and I choose Premium Family.

I'm having the same problem on my pixel 7. I had a single user premium account. tried to upgrade to family on the website with the URL provided. the website told me to use my phone to upgrade my account. when i use the app on my phone and attempt to switch to a family plan, it says it can't connect and to retry. after clicking retry, it says it cannot connect. Help! I'm trying to give you my money!

If you haven't already tried, we recommend changing the internet connection to see if that'll make any difference. If you're currently using mobile data on your phone, switch to Wifi.
If that doesn't make any difference, it'd be great if you could give it another try on a PC with the link https://spotify.com/family/.
