My Question or Issue

While trying to subscribe for Premium with my PayPal account (same country, confirmed, limits are raised etc...) constantly get the same error: "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later." (screenshot is attached). Please help me to avoid it.

Yes I've proceeded all those steps and contacted Paypal support. They said their securiry dystem blocks my spotify spotify related operations (I do not use PP account for other purposes now) as suspesious... And they refuse to help((( Donno what to do((

I'm sorry to hear that those steps aren't helping. In this case, the last option is to try upgrading with a different payment method. You can also find all the available ones for your country here.
