Free/Premium = Premium

My Question or Issue

So I have a Spotify Premium Family plan.  I went to add my daughter and wife to my plan (they already had individual free accounts).   They received the invitations but when they accepted it they were added to another person's family plan.   I go and look at my account page -> then family members and it shows that I sent them an invitation but there is no response yet.   Something is definitely broken in your code.   How do we fix this?

Hey,

Try canceling their invitation and adding them again.

Make sure they meet the minimum age and all other requirements in our Terms and Conditions,  and also keep in mind that: You can only switch from one Premium for Family plan to another once every 12 months. If you hit this yearly limit, you're not able to switch to another Premium for Family plan at this time.
