Est-il possible que je sois inscrit à deux abonnements

Bonjour, 

 

Cela fait plusieurs mois que j'étais abonné à l'offre Spotify étudiant, je viens aujourd'**bleep** d'être invité pour une offre Spotify Family. Ayant accepté (j'ai rempli le petit formulaire nom, prénom, adresse), je voudrais savoir si mon ancien abonnement (étudiant) s'était automatiquement résilié et donc si je ne recevrai plus de facturation.

Dans le cas contraire, veuillez m'indiquer les démarches à suivre pour se faire.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting.

About your question, just make sure that your account isn't still subscribed for Premium as a Student account. check it on your Spotify account page.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Spotify account page
  2. On the menu, tap "Subscription"
  3. And check what is the current plan assigned for your account.

About your question, just make sure that your account isn't still subscribed for Premium as a Student account. check it on your Spotify account page.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open your Spotify account page
  2. On the menu, tap "Subscription"
  3. And check what is the current plan assigned for your account.
