Are you hearing ads while listening to podcasts or while listening to music?
Premium offers ad-free music listening, so I'd suggest going into your app settings or account overview page to take a look at what your Premium status is.

In case your account is on free but you are still paying for Premium, I'd suggest taking a look at this FAQ as well 🙂

Thanks for posting in the thread! We hope you don't mind us replying in English, as it's the official language on the Community.

Could you try logging out from the app and then back in again? When logging back in again, make sure to manually enter your login details. This action should resync your account info.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you've noticed that the ads appear at any specific points? For example, with a certain playlist or when playing a specific track?

Also, does it happen on all devices that you use Spotify on?
