Europe, Kosovo can't activate premium

I am having problems upgrading my account to Premium. I am using VISA card, and after everything finishes, it says: Change your country to "zz", after I click "change" it says an error message containing at the end: contact support.

I also tried with PayPal, and when payment finishes, it returns a white page, nothing else. How can I pay to become Premium?

I think that's happening because Spotify hasn't launched in your country yet.
