I had to sign up again... I don't know why because I used it the day before perfectly. I had a little bit trouble to get in my account but after a password change everything was ok... So thought I. I checked my self made Playlist and there where all gone... I was a little angry because it took a while put theme together... After that I just wanted to her some musik and download some songs... But for no reason my premium is not available anymore... So I looked at the support and did everything : logging in and out, checked my Payment and if I had a other Account... Now I sit here confused, angry and have to listen to the darn commercials... S.O.S anyone!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
