Everytime I try to upgrade to Spotify Premium, I get a credit card fail

My Question or Issue

I've tried many times and in multiple ways to upgrade to Spotify Premium for the first time with the $.99 for 3 months sale, but every time I get the same error message

"

  • Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method. Get help

"

And at this point I've tried all the solutions in the Get Help page and still nothing has stopped that message from coming up

  • I've used Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Opera
  • I used both my phone and computer
  • I've tried 3 American Express gift cards, 1 American Express credit card, and 1 Discover credit card
  • I've made sure that my payment is not cancelled, and can be used online
  • All details are correct
  • I've been trying over a course of 3 days

And again, every time I get the same exact error message, and now I really don't understand what to do and how to solve this.
