I paid for my subscription and it says I still don't have premium but the payment went through on my bank records

That doesn't sound good. Can you make sure to follow the steps in this guide?

Sorry to hear!

If you've tried all of the above steps, we'd recommend double-checking that the payment's not showing as pending.

 

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company's authorization process. If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. For more information on checking if this is what's happened, you can contact your bank/credit card company.

If that still doesn't sound right, just let us know!
