Hello,
I would like to post about an issue since I couldn't contact any Spotify Staff. The problem is about subscription. On my bank account's app Spotify charged me twice for May; the first one is at 10:04 and the second one is at 16:46, which could be seen in the attached photos. However, when I checked my receipts on Spotify website it says it only charged me once, which can also be seen in the attached photos. I want to get a clarification from one of the Spotify Staff considering my bank accepts any charge from Spotify since I allowed it. Or anyone else had this issue before and fixed it?
